Welcome to TheModesta. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All our jewelry is handcrafted using resin and polymer clay, making each piece unique.
Slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and are not considered defects.
We take utmost care to display product colors accurately, but screen settings may cause slight differences.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos/videos as proof.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable
If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement item or process a partial/full refund (excluding shipping charges).

Due to hygiene and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Custom or personalized orders.
Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Resin and polymer clay jewelry is delicate. Avoid exposure to perfumes, harsh chemicals, or prolonged water contact.
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in a soft pouch.

TheModesta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
