At TheModesta, we want you to love your handmade jewelry. Since every piece is uniquely crafted in resin and polymer clay, please note the following:

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged in transit.
• No returns or exchanges will be entertained for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or personal preferences.

2. Proof of Damage

• A clear, uncut opening video of the package is mandatory to claim any refund or exchange.
• Without this video proof, claims cannot be processed.

3. Claim Timeline

• All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Claims beyond this period will not be accepted.

4. Condition of Returned Items

• Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
• Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging.

5. Refund/Exchange Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
• Approved claims will be processed as either:
• Exchange: Replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
• Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
