• Remote areas may take slightly longer.
• Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

Responsibility

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen events.
• If the package is damaged during transit, please inform us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Once your order has been processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom Orders

• All customized or personalized orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed.

Refunds for Cancellations

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (excluding transaction fees, if any).
